The Show runs on volunteers. People setting up before sunrise. People working check-in and weigh-in. People in the ring, behind the auction block, and everywhere in between that a kid needs a hand. Bring yourself and a heart for serving, and we will find the place you fit in best.
The Youth Auction is where a whole year of a kid's work meets a room full of neighbors ready to back it. There's no sign-up and no paperwork ahead of time. Come on sale day, find the exhibitor you want to stand behind, and raise your paddle. Whatever you spend stays right here, on the kid whose lot you take home.
Dates will be listed here soon. The Calendar
This place stays busy all year, kept going by neighbors, volunteers, businesses, and kids all putting in the work. Here is what is coming up, from the show weekend to the fundraisers that keep the doors open.
The Show Weekend
Turn in forms and fees to save your spot.
Bring your animal and paperwork. Our team will guide you.
Come cheer. See projects, showmanship, and awards.
The weekend closes with the sale.
Fundraisers and Community Events
Teams fire up the pits, and every plate helps keep the grounds open.
The board puts on other events through the year to raise money for the kids.
Sponsor the Show
When a business backs the Show, that money does not go far. It stays right here, behind the Youth Auction, the scholarships, and the day-to-day of keeping the grounds these kids count on all year, not just show week. If you want your name behind Sabine County's kids, you can sponsor straight through the Show's own page.
